Little bit about Coordination:

​

Before Wedding Day

•Unlimited phone and email communication from the date of contract
•1-2 weeks before the wedding day, we will call all vendors to verify details of their services and any remaining balances
• Review venue and work with the venue coordinator
•Review vendor contracts
• Develop and distribute Wedding Day timeline
•Look over & create the venue layout and floor plan
•Discuss floral and decoration details with client

Rehearsal
•Attend wedding rehearsal and provide necessary assistance per your instructions

Wedding Day
•Unlimited hours of service on your wedding day, present onsite at venue from beginning of set up, through entire wedding day event, until vendor break down
•Assist bride and groom, manage wedding party and guests
•Implement venue layout or floor plan
•Provide emergency Kit
•Manage vendors per your instructions                                                                               
•Manage vendor setup at the ceremony and reception sites                                                       
•Coordinate wedding day timeline, vendors, families, guests, processional, recessional, dinner toasts and blessings, grand entrance and exit, special dances, cake cutting and other specialty activities
•Organize and distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members, and special guests
•Place table names, place cards, favors, guest book, cake cutting serving set etc. per your instructions
•Return personal items as agreed upon in advance to the couple after the reception
•Ensure that all arrangements are organized according to the couple’s wishes
